The NSW land titles system is undergoing a major digital transformation. This is the next step in modernising our online portal to help create a secure and customer-centric one-stop-shop for industry stakeholders.
The 2022 release of NSW LRS Connect will include:
- ePlan functionality enhanced and available in NSW LRS Connect, including an automated sign-up process, lodgment/ relodgment of plans, tools and reporting
- Plan Workspace re-designed to accommodate all plan lodgment scenarios and transition to an online end-to-end plan registration process in future releases
- Digital Form enhancements, including the ability for contribution from multiple parties
- First release of the Digital CAD translator, an online tool co-designed with the Surveying profession to efficiently create Digital Plan files
- Extending sign-up to NSW LRS Connect to all eligible stakeholders for access to appropriate features including plan lodgments, contributing to plan workspaces or using digital tools
Registered Surveyors have been using digital forms features on NSW LRS Connect since July 2021. We encourage Surveyors to keep signing up here:
