New dealings are now available for electronic lodgment in NSW.
Transfer of Interest and Notice of Death dealings are now available to lodge electronically for customers and lodging parties using an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO) authorised to operate in NSW.
New enhancements to the document hub enable customers and lodging parties to submit additional attachments for Transfer, Caveat, Mortgage, and Transmission Application dealings.
eConveyancing Roadmap brings more documents online in 2020
The NSW LRS eConveyancing roadmap is increasing the documents that can be lodged securely and efficiently through electronic conveyancing.
Following the success of the eConveyancing mandate for mainstream property dealings, NSW LRS and the Office of the Registrar General are working together with ELNOs to enable the remaining paper dealings (known as ‘residual’ documents) for electronic lodgment.
NSW LRS and ELNOs will release these residual documents in batches progressively between April and October 2020, prioritised by the volumes lodged.
NSW LRS will update customers and lodging parties as the new documents become available for electronic lodgment.
Enabling digital innovation in NSW

“NSW LRS has played an important part in supporting the NSW Government’s commitment to digital innovation and eConveyancing, enabling ELNOs to transact on the NSW land titles register and ensuring the compliance of their subscribers through our audit program on behalf of the Registrar General.”
