National Mortgage Form (NMF) compulsory from 3 March 2018

To comply with NSW Conveyancing Rule 10.1.10, all mortgages signed on or after 3 March 2018 must be lodged using the NMF.

Please note mortgages lodged that do not comply with Conveyancing Rule 10.1.10 may be subject to a requisition and associated fees unless accompanied by a Conveyancing Rules Exceptions form. 

For mortgages signed before 3 March 2018, form 05M will continue to be accepted by NSW LRS.
