eConveyancing Update

NSW LRS supports the NSW Government’s commitment to digital innovation and eConveyancing. We encourage you to get started with eConveyancing if you’re not already using it.

Did you know?

From 1 July 2018 all standalone caveats and transfers must be lodged electronically, except when accompanied by a Conveyancing Rules Exceptions form and by 1 July 2019 all mainstream property transactions in NSW will be electronic. See the Office of the Registrar General’s (ORG) timeline for more details.

Are you ready? Need help or advice on the move to eConveyancing?

To take advantage of eConveyancing, you will need to either register with PEXA or speak to someone who already is.

See the letter from the Registrar General or visit the ORG website for more information on getting started with eConveyancing.
