New phone number and partial relocation of NSW Land Registry Services from Monday 20 May 2019

 

From Monday 20 May 2019, the head office of NSW Land Registry Services will relocate to 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney.

The Customer Service Counter will remain at Queen Square and will continue to be open from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

We will also introduce a new contact number for enquiries – 02 8776 3575. You can use this number from today onwards, with our old numbers remaining active until close of business on Friday 17 May 2019.

All NSW Land Registry Services mailing addresses and email addresses will remain the same.

We are pleased to retain our presence at Queen Square during 2019, where the former Land Titles Office has been for over 100 years.

The NSW Land Registry Services relocation and transition arrangements were previously announced on 16 November 2018. Pursuant to the concession arrangements negotiated with the NSW Government, NSW LRS will eventually relocate all operations. NSW Land Registry Services has committed to provide 6 months’ notice prior to permanently closing the Queen Square customer retail location.
