NSW LRS document lodgment payment terms and conditions

NSW LRS would like to draw account holders’ attention to the payment terms and conditions when lodging documents, notably Clause 3.6 and Clause 4.8.

Clause 3.6
Non payment of fees may result in a requisition being issued to the lodging party. Where a document has been registered and the relevant fees not paid NSW LRS will take further action to recover the debt.

Clause 4.8
Tax invoices must be paid in full on due date shown on invoice. Part payment will not be accepted unless otherwise arranged in advance or as directed by NSW LRS staff.

Failure to make payment in accordance with the payment terms will result in NSW LRS taking action to prevent account holders from lodging further documents within our office. Account holders who are prevented from lodging documents will be required to set up a direct-debit facility prior to further lodgments being accepted.
