There are currently 10 Authorised Information Brokers.

Applying to become an authorised NSW LRS information broker

NSW LRS licenses authorised information brokers to deliver property information on its behalf to the NSW community. A public tender is conducted annually by NSW LRS, inviting interested parties to submit applications to become authorised NSW LRS information brokers.

Expressions of interest for the 2018 public tender have now closed.

Submitting an application outside of the public tender

Applications will only be accepted by NSW LRS during the tender period advertised on the NSW LRS website. Applications submitted outside of this period will not be reviewed; however, prospective information brokers are still welcome to register their interest at any time.

Alternatively, interested parties may wish to enquire directly with any of the current authorised NSW LRS information brokers (listed on the NSW LRS website) about becoming a reseller of an authorised NSW LRS information broker.

See our Info Sheet for more information and instructions on how you can register your interest.
