Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments
Our ESG program aims to enable NSW LRS to operate sustainably and responsibly with regard to our customers, key stakeholders, employees, investors, the environment and the community.
The principles that guide the program are our commitment to:

GRESB
As part of our ESG commitments, NSW LRS participates in GRESB to benchmark our performance and progress against other organisations. We achieved a GRESB 5 Star Rating in the 2020 GRESB Infrastructure Assessment. This is the highest GRESB Rating and recognition for being an industry leader in ESG.

Adam Bennett
Chief Executive Officer

Adam was appointed the CEO of NSW Land Registry Services in March 2018. Prior to this Adam spent 13 years working at the National Australia Bank holding several positions including Chief Information Officer, Executive General Manager for Digital and Direct Banking and Executive General Manager for Strategy Execution. Before NAB, Adam spent over twelve years as a management consultant for PwC and IBM in the corporate and operations strategy practice.
James Dolton
Chief Financial Officer
BA, BCom, MBA (Hons), CA
James leads our Enterprise Services team. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC and worked at ASX prior to moving to the US where he completed an MBA at Wharton and began a career in investment banking at Bear Stearns. Returning to Australia he worked at Deutsche Bank and NSW Treasury prior to NSW Land Registry Services.
Nicole Graham

Nicole oversees our legal, governance and corporate affairs teams. She has more than 15 years’ corporate law experience gained at a top tier firm and client secondments in Australia and the USA. Nicole has also completed the Sydney University Global Executive MBA studying throughout the world at IIMB Bangalore, Cambridge, Tel Aviv University, UCLA and Stanford.

Brad oversees the performance and development of our people and culture. He has more than 20 years’ experience across a number of industries including insurance, infrastructure, engineering and health, with a focus on bringing the best out in people.
Eamon Mooney

Eamon has extensive experience in land registry services having joined our organisation in 2004. He leads our dealings and plans teams to deliver efficient, reliable land registry services for the people of NSW.
Stuart Strathdee
Chief Information Officer
Stuart leads our Information Technology team and oversees NSW LRS’ digital transformation and modernisation. A cyber-security and IT Operations expert with more than 20 years’ experience, he has worked on Australian mega-projects such as NBN and spent much of his career with IT vendors such as Lotus/IBM, Microsoft and Splunk.
Shareholders / Investors
Australian Registry Investments is a consortium of leading institutional investors and superannuation funds: Aware Super, The Infrastructure Fund, NatWest Group Pension Fund and UTA Registry Investments Trust. All consortium members are represented on our Board of Directors.
Regulation – the Office of the Registrar General
The Office of the Registrar General manages the concession to ensure integrity, security, performance and availability of the NSW land titles system through a range of oversights, rules and directions, quality assurance and strong engagement with stakeholders.
