An extra twenty-four Real Property Act dealings are available for lodgment as electronic dealings, without needing to attach a paper form as is the current process under the temporary COVID-19 residual lodgment (C-19 RL).
With eConveyancing easier than ever this means NSW citizens and businesses can conduct property transactions more efficiently online and stay safer during COVID-19.
The remaining paper transactions will be made available for lodgment as electronic dealings in the coming months.

In November 2020 PEXA informed NSW LRS and the Office of the Registrar General that the scheduled release of these twenty-four new residual documents was delayed, however these documents have gone live for customers in January 2021.
