HLRV is the New South Wales Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) online portal to view digitised historical maps, plans, titles and indexes.
More than 6 million digital NSW land and property records from 64 collections can now be accessed by visiting hlrv.nswlrs.com.au. This follows an investment of $9 million by NSW LRS to digitise land records.
NSW LRS has worked with stakeholders including the Royal Australian Historical Society to make sure HLRV delivers an improved experience for history experts, including updated search and image viewing functionality, tools and prompts.
HLRV is free to use and makes it easier and faster for historians and researchers to explore and examine our state’s historical land and property records.
