Since Monday 12 July 2021, the NSW LRS Lodgment Office has been operating on an appointment only basis.
We would like to thank our customers for working together with us to help keep everyone safe.
Below, we are sharing answers to some common questions and top tips for online lodgment with NSW LRS.

Real Property Act Dealing Lodgments
In May NSW LRS announced for the first time 100% of eligible property transactions are available online. See announcement

In view of the current restrictions NSW LRS is asking lodging parties to work with their customers to use this channel for Dealing lodgments and will only provide appointments to urgent and essential services that are not available online.

Water Access License Lodgments
NSW LRS has opened its Postal Lodgment channel to Water Access License lodgments from all customers and areas of NSW as there is currently no electronic channel for these documents.
Please send your documents by registered post to GPO Box 15, Sydney NSW 2001.
Lodging a General Register Deed (incl. Power of Attorney)
General Register Documents are available to be lodged electronically through an ELNO i.e. PEXA. More information is available
here. Please ensure you provide a completed
Deed Index Particulars form.
Dealing Uplift and Relodge
If you do not have copies of the documents lodged to make the required amendments for satisfaction of requisitions, please provide further detail on what documents are required for uplift and the nature of the urgency for each case to
LOsupport@nswlrs.com.au.
Relodgments can be submitted through the
Secure Upload Portal. If you did not receive a link and instructions in your original requisition, please provide the case number and we will arrange for the requisition and link to be resent.
Production of Title(s) for online transactions
You can send your title(s) to us by Registered Post to GPO Box 15, Sydney NSW 2001. Please include a cover sheet detailing the lodging party, return address details and the case your title(s) are to be connected to.
If there is not currently a case in NSW LRS and production is to enable an ELNO transaction i.e. PEXA or Sympli lodgment please complete a
e-Production receipt and mail with the title(s). Here is an example of

Collection of Title(s) and other deliverable documents (Account holders with collection service only)
For any upcoming transactions that require a title to be produced, please complete a
e-Production receipt and return email and LRS will action this on your behalf.

Where your Title(s) and deliverable documents are not required for an immediate transaction we will safely hold them until the current restrictions are eased.
Plan Lodgment, Uplift and Relodgment
New Plans can be lodged electronically via ePlan. Contact your surveyor to arrange electronic lodgment of documents
If you do not have copies of the documents lodged to make the required amendments for satisfaction of requisitions please provide further detail on what documents are required for uplift and the nature of the urgency.
Relodgments can be made electronically via ePlan. Contact your surveyor to arrange electronic re-lodgment of documents.
Payments
Invoices can be paid online at the
My Invoice section of the NSW LRS Online Portal.
Applying to make a Lodgment Office appointment
Appointments will only be made for customers in very limited circumstances who have matters that cannot be processed through existing online lodgement and enquiry channels.
Anyone attending our NSW LRS Lodgment Office without an appointment will not be admitted.
