The newly refurbished Lodgment Office will be available to walk-in customers during the business hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm. Additionally, we will retain the option for appointments to ensure efficient delivery of our services.

Appointment bookings may be made ahead of your visit or upon arrival at 175 Liverpool Street.

NSW LRS online lodgment and enquiry channels
The NSW LRS Contact Centre will be available normal business days and hours. The NSW LRS
Connect plan lodgment portal and electronic document lodgment channels will also continue to
operate as usual.
