The checklist will assist to reduce requisition delays and improve quality assurance. The checklist sets out the key components of the dealing and the annexed premises plan that must be addressed prior to lodgment to help ensure:
- The dealing is in registrable form
- Requisitions are reduced
The Lease of Premises Checklist has been added as a resource in the
Help Hub.
NSW LRS recommends that customers and lodging parties use the checklist and the
Registrar General’s Guidelines to assist with their preparation of the lease of premises and the annexed premises plan. Although not required, NSW LRS highly recommends seeking advice from a registered surveyor in regard to satisfying premises plan requirements.
The Lease of Premises Checklist is for internal use only and will not be scanned with the dealing upon registration or otherwise recorded in NSW LRS systems.
