Easements affecting Limited Torrens Title

Where an easement is to be created affecting a Limited Torrens title, the site of the easement must be defined by survey unless an exemption is obtained from the NSW LRS plan and Title Advisor.

Any compilation must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines for compiled plans.

Consideration should be given to expanding the plan of survey to include a definition of the external boundaries of the land in the title to facilitate 'Delimitation' action.
