Easements affecting entirety of a lot an easement can be created over the entirety of a lot in a new deposited plan by inclusion in the Section 88B Instrument in the usual manner.

 

New restrictions on the use of land and positive covenants affect the entirety of the parcel.

 

Service Status Update
