Changes to Lodgment Rules require 100% online plan lodgment from 1 July 2025

The NSW Government published the revised Lodgment Rules on NSW Government Gazette that will require all plans to be electronically lodged through NSW LRS Connect from 1 July 2025.

From 1 January 2021 the Registrar General will require landholders, developers and surveyors, when preparing deposited plans of survey over Old System or Limited Title land, to deal with the whole of the land in the subject Deed or Limited Folio. These requirements seek to minimise the creation of small sliver parcels of land.
