The NSW Government published the revised Lodgment Rules on NSW Government Gazette that will require all plans to be electronically lodged through NSW LRS Connect from 1 July 2025.

Changes to Subdivision Certificates from 1 December 2019

From 1 December 2019, Section 6.15 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 replaces Section 109J. All Subdivision Certificates within Deposited Plan Administration Sheets that are lodged and dated on/or after 1 December 2019 must use the updated Administration Sheet that reflects this legislative change.
