Changes to Lodgment Rules require 100% online plan lodgment from 1 July 2025

The NSW Government published the revised Lodgment Rules on NSW Government Gazette that will require all plans to be electronically lodged through NSW LRS Connect from 1 July 2025.

NSW Land Registry Service (NSW LRS) will now send Lapsing Notices to the lodging party via email, cutting notification times by up to seven days and making it quicker and easier to remove a caveat.
