Changes to Lodgment Rules require 100% online plan lodgment from 1 July 2025

The NSW Government published the revised Lodgment Rules on NSW Government Gazette that will require all plans to be electronically lodged through NSW LRS Connect from 1 July 2025.

The Strata Plan Lodgment Checklist will become mandatory on Wednesday 1 July 2020 and must accompany the plan and associated documents when lodged with NSW LRS over the counter or as suffix code ‘K’ when lodging through ePlan.
